Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, Infinite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging within 30 days of purchase. We prioritize your health and safety by ensuring all jewelry remains sterile and untainted for every customer.
Verify Packaging
Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, vacuum-sealed clear plastic bag with the tamper-evident seal intact; opened items cannot be returned.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Shipping
Pack the item securely in a padded bubble mailer to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once our studio inspects the seal and confirms the item is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
